An Author, A Poet
An Author, A Poet
We strive to make music that is many things. Inspiring, heavy, heartfelt, genuine, and energetic. There are 5 of us in An Author, A Poet, Brandon "Princess" Talley (Vocals), Micheal "Groovy" Romero (Bass), Jake "Brace-face" Gottlob (Drums) Mike "The Metal" Day (Guitar), Joseph "Ban-joe" Kuykendall (Guitar). As a group we have a great passion for both the music we make and music in general, and live we give from start to finish the kind of performance that will get you off your feet, moving your body and smiling for no particular reason. Our influences consist of many different bands and genres but to name a few: The Ghost Inside, Deftones, Defeater, Architects(uk), Being As An Ocean, Volumes, Northlane, chon and many many others. We desperately want to turn what we do into a career so if you see us playing a small bar or a big venue please tell everyone you know about the fun you had while An Author, A Poet was playing. much love to everyone from aaap ♥
So Soon, The Truth
So Soon, The Truth
5 years ago JD and Peter started in Tin Apples (with Bobby Soto and Nick Hunt) after the unraveling of that project they later added long time friend John Del Villar on drums to form Fresa, gaining notoriety in the underground music scene. Eventually that band came to end as well leading way to Devin Singletary coming in on the Bass.

So Soon, The Truth is the culmination of our experiences.
To Whom It May
To Whom It May
To Whom It May (TWIM) is a progressive hard rock trio from Galveston, Texas. Pulling from multiple influences, TWIM
bridges the gap between complexity and groove while creating a fresh, new sound. Upon completion of their self titled
debut “TWIM EP”, the band hit the ground running and found themselves touring coast to coast.

They've had the pleasure of touring with the likes of Nothing More, Red Sun Rising, Wilson, Sleepwave, Islander, Twelve
Foot Ninja, and Dinosaur Pileup. Sirius XM Octane caught wind and have been spinning their last two singles..."Bypass"
& "Signal Fire".

TWIM are currently in the studio putting the finishing touches on their first full length effort titled “The
Great Filter” with producer Dean Dichoso (Candiria, Family Force 5).
